Refund and Return Policy

At The Tank and Brown Collection, we want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works:
Returns

Timeframe: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.

Process: Contact us at [your email, e.g., support@thetankandbrowncollection.com] within 7 days to start a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label if the item qualifies.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are issued for the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable) once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Non-Refundable: Gift cards, shipping fees, and customs duties (for international orders) are non-refundable.
Exceptions

Defective Items: If your perfume arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Wrong Items: If we send the wrong scent, let us know within 7 days—we’ll ship the correct one free of charge and include a return label for the mistake.
