Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Costs
Most orders include free shipping. Certain products or order types may have shipping costs calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Production + Delivery Timeframes
All of our products are custom printed to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and delivery combined. This is an estimate — actual turnaround may vary depending on order complexity, product type, and current production volume.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production the next business day.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at tankandbrownco@gmail.com — once an order is in production or shipped we cannot guarantee a correction.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide your order details to assist with the process.
