All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

Print Proofs
For most orders, a digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before we go to print. You may also choose to waive the proof and authorize us to proceed directly to production — by doing so, you accept full responsibility for the final printed result.
Once a proof is approved, or once you have opted to waive proofing, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, color, or design.

Our Mistakes — We Make It Right
If we produce your order incorrectly due to a production error on our end (wrong size, wrong item, defective print quality), we will reprint your order at no charge. No refunds will be issued — reprints only.
To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Color Variance
We make every effort to produce accurate colors, however we cannot guarantee an exact match between what appears on your screen and the final printed product. Screen-to-print color variance is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a reprint or refund.

Damaged in Shipping
We package all orders carefully, however once your order leaves our facility it is in the carrier's hands. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide your order details and packaging documentation to assist with your claim.

Customer-Supplied Artwork
If you provide your own artwork or files, you are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and resolution of those files. We are not liable for poor print results caused by low-resolution, improperly formatted, or incorrect files supplied by the customer.

Satisfaction
While all sales are final, we genuinely want you to be happy with your order. If you have a concern, reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products (Coming Soon)
Digital and downloadable products are non-refundable. All digital sales are final upon delivery of the file.
