How It Works:

Important — Please Read Before Ordering
Artwork Requirements:
Customer is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork files. Print-ready means 300 DPI resolution minimum, CMYK color mode, PDF, AI, or EPS format preferred. JPG and PNG accepted at 300 DPI or higher. Low-resolution files pulled from websites or social media will not be accepted.
Artwork Resubmission:
If submitted files do not meet print-ready specifications, we will notify you by email. You will have 48 hours to resubmit corrected files. If corrected files are not received within 48 hours, your order will be placed on hold. Orders on hold for more than 7 days without a response will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued — no refunds.
Artwork Usage:
This package uses one artwork file per product. The same design will be printed on both front and back of each item. If you require different artwork for front and back, or different designs across products, a $50 setup fee per product applies. Setup fees are invoiced separately before production begins.
Color:
Colors may vary slightly between screen and final print. This is normal in the printing process and is not considered a defect. We are not responsible for color variance on customer-supplied files.
Turnaround:
Production begins once approved print-ready files are received. Estimated 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Turnaround time does not begin until files are approved — resubmissions reset the clock.
