1. Processing Time
  • Order Handling: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days | Calculated at checkout
    • Free Shipping: Free on orders over $75 (calculated before taxes).
  • International:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days | Rates vary by destination (shown at checkout).
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Tracking
  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier’s site (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
4. Shipping Details
  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or similar, depending on your location.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping (or 45 days for international), contact us—we’ll investigate and either reship or refund you.
5. International Orders
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are set by your country and not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • Restrictions: Some countries restrict perfume shipments due to alcohol content. Check local laws—we’re not liable for undelivered items seized by customs.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
  • Damaged: If your perfume arrives broken or leaking, email us at tankandbrownco@gmail.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Lost: Contact us if your tracked package is marked delivered but missing—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
